Shipping Policy
Our Shipping rates are a flat rate used for all of Australia. $10 for Standard Shipping and $15 for Express. We also ship internationally however if shipping internationally we may contact you and send an invoice as we are unable to calculate shipping rates until after the purchase is made.
If an item is lost or stolen after it has been shipped we will be more than happy to send you a new one to replace the lost or stolen products. You will always receive a tracking number with your shipping information so if you have any questions about this don’t hesitate to email us.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any of you products after you have received them we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. We just ask that you ship those products back to us before the refund is given so that we can access the quality of the product and find out what we can do to improve our products. If a product has been damaged after it has been shipped we will not be held accountable for any damage on the products, we understand that sometimes Australia Post aren’t always gentle with the products, but we ensure our products are safely packaged and protected before they leave our store. We will do our best to support you and help you if this occurs, such as politely encouraging you on where to purchase a new frame from or emailing you a new print if damaged.
Unfortunately with custom drawings and personalized items we are unable to offer a refund if you are unhappy with the final product after it has been shipped as that item or items are personalized for you and we cannot resell it once it leaves our store. We will send out a replacement once we have received the item you are unhappy with.
With all replacements we ask that you please send the item you are unhappy with back before we send out the new replacement. This is so we can correctly identity any problems you had with it and so that we can use it to improve our products in the future.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind after a product has been shipped. If a product has been shipped after a message has been sent asking for refund because you have changed your mind we have the right to decline or in very rare circumstances we will ask for the product back before supplying the refund. If a message has come through before we have made your item then we will be happy to offer you a refund.
Refund Policy
If a decision has been made to refund your money on item that we have been unable to fulfil, please allow up to 14 days for the refund is processed.
