TYDAL Designs and Apparel is an Arts, Craft and Apparel store dedicated to producing high quality products you can purchase. We offer a huge range of different products such as physical items like clothing and mugs to digital items like drawings and logos. Here at TYDAL we take pride in producing high quality products and will go to any lengths to satisfy your needs. If you are unhappy with a digital products we will do our very best to rework the design to hand over something you are truly happy with.

We also advise patience as both employees here at TYDAL have small children at home so if we do not reply straight away you can guarantee that we will get to you as soon as possible as we may be attending to our children at the time.
Privacy & Safety
TYDAL Designs and Apparel will never use or store any information other than your name after purchasing a product. TYDAL will use your name to correctly identify what products you have purchased and to correctly draw or design a customisable product. We will not store any information such as address, phone number or email address and we will only use your details to send your product to you or to generate an receipt or invoice if picking up locally.
Here at TYDAL we respect your privacy and any explicit images that we received will be permanently deleted after the products are made. Any drawings will not be shown to anyone outside of TYDAL without your permission. There will be a section to agree or disagree to have your photos uploaded to our Facebook or website as example photos. Please also remember you can withdraw consent at anytime and we will take down the drawings as soon as possible.
TYDAL Designs offers payment through PayPal and Square which are both safe and easy to use.
We also want to acknowledge that whilst we respect your privacy and safety we would also like that in return. We work very hard at ensuring you’re satisfied with your products and wish to be treated with respect and we won’t tolerate any forms of abuse directed at our team members.
Wholesale Inquiries

Digital Drawing Terms and Conditions
We understand that the original picture of the drawing is yours and we do not take credit for the original image sent to us. The Drawing however is property of TYDAL Designs and Apparel and the copyright lies solely with the artist.
This means that the image sent to you cannot be used in a manner that can potentially cause the artist to lose money after the drawing is handed over.
This includes.
1. Taking the image and printing it for commercial use (eg. Creating a poster and reselling it)
2. Taking the image and getting a rival company to print items (eg. Clothing, mugs, key rings) in exchange for money.
3. The drawing can own be used for personal use (eg. Printing a poster for your home)
4. The design cannot be sold, traded or loaned to another person(s) If you wish to purchase the exclusive copyright license to sell, print, trade, loan your design. Then an additional cost will be added to your initial enquire.
If you wish to purchase the exclusive copyright license after you have received your drawing then you can enquire by messaging TYDAL Designs and Apparel’s Facebook Page.
You will also receive a copy of the Terms and Conditions with your digital copy of any drawing.
